Bigwater

Pinnacle engineers crank up the design and material criteria a couple of notches when developing Big Water models. These reels are built not only to catch big fish but also withstand the rigors of salt water fishing. The large multi disc drag washers are smooth yet powerful and efficiently dissipate the heat build-up of a hard running fish. Spools are large capacity and revolve on stainless steel ball bearings. Select models use Anti Corrosion Bearings (ACB).

Here again the Q.C. process is used but testing is more severe with emphasis on salt water corrosion. If a component or feature should fail to make the grade, we want to be sure it is discovered and corrected at the factory and not when you are out on the water.
